Glass worth shipping across Canada.

• Orders ship from Prince Albert, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout by Canada Post.
• There is no free-shipping threshold at this time.
• We ship to every province and territory in Canada, and internationally where the carrier and destination allow. You are responsible for checking your local laws and import rules. Duties, taxes and customs delays are your responsibility, and a customs hold or seizure is not grounds for a refund.
• Government-issued ID is required to receive your order from the carrier (Canada Post proof of age).
• Glass is wrapped, boxed, filled and sealed before it leaves Prince Albert, but if something does arrive damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Email support@thesmokehutpa.ca with photos and any other details that back up your claim. Every claim is reviewed case by case.
